About Seasons of My Being:

"how do you see the world?

do you peer out at it in wonder, pondering how we arrived here today?

do you search for answers in all that seems to be existing silently?

do you talk to the moon, to the stars, say thank you to the trees of life?

or is this all just a minute detail that could never be questioned or interacted with?"

Seasons of My Being is the second poetry book by Dan Roberts and the first in the My Being trilogy. It presents a chronological perspective towards the many seasons encountered during the year as the author navigates their personal feelings toward the elements at bay, demonstrating how they have helped heal as well as guide him along his life's journey. Chronicling a relationship to the world outside as well as paying tribute to it through a spiritual lens, this entry in Roberts' collection of tales opens the door toward a beginning point of him sharing himself with the world — one aspect of self at a time.

"to know me is to see the world through my personal lens where I solidify my truth by experiencing the magic this world offers to me and today, I am offering it to you."
